Take a few moments... sit quietly, breathe deeply.
Open your heart to peace.
Be present.
Enjoy.
This was shared with me by my dear friend Katherine Kilcullen who needs and has God's blessing at this time in her life. I love you Kath...

Reading, digesting information, listening to nuances from both the newsletter, links, posting and having feedback from my blog and reading others, helped me to send a nudge a week ago. I haven't had a reply, but sending the nudge brought me to a better place. I didn't judge, didn't worry, just put my nudge out.
Something quite wonderful happened when taking away the feelings attached to "what did I do wrong so my birthdaughter doesn't respond to me, what's wrong with me?"
I remained in my own business and found it was just that easy to let go of self-doubt, the need to hold a pity party, or add any number of scenarios negatively floating around within myself. The email is just what it is, and I'm in a better place.
Thanks Christi (and everyone blogging).
Love, MT
